Q: What is my best ticket value?
A: If you plan on visiting Silver Dollar City more than two days throughout the season, a Season Pass is your best value. Season Passes are less than the cost of 2 one-day tickets! Q: Can I apply my one-day ticket price toward the purchase of a season pass?
A: Yes. It must be applied on the same day of visit by the ticket holder. This can be completed at the Season Pass Exchange Booth before you leave the park.

Q: If my child loses his/her ticket or it becomes wet or unusable, can I get a replacement?
A: Yes, you may stop by Guest Relations and ask for a replacement Season Pass. Season Passes are replaced one time free of charge. They are replaced for a $10 fee thereafter. Protective lanyards are available for sale.

Q: Does my ticket include the shows, Marvel Cave tour and rides?
A: Yes. Shows, rides and cave tours (except Lantern Light Tours) are free with your park admission. Food and merchandise items are available for purchase. Also, there are some games and classes available to park patrons for a fee.

Q: Is parking free?
A: There are plenty of free parking spaces available at Silver Dollar City. At most parking locations, a tram or bus will pick you up and take you to the admission gate. Preferred parking is also located close to the main gates of the park, and is available for a small fee: Season Pass Preferred $5; Preferred $15. Valet Parking is $25.

Q: My children already have a ticket to enter the park. What age can they enter the park without an adult?
A: Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult while visiting Silver Dollar City.

Q: Do I need to make reservations?
A: Reservations are not required. You may purchase your tickets when you arrive at Silver Dollar City, or if you would like to avoid the ticket lines, you may order them over the phone or online and we will mail them to you. Visit our ticket sales section for more information.

Q: Are strollers and lockers available?
A: You can bring your own stroller from home, or rent one at Silver Dollar City. Strollers and lockers are available for rent at the Stroller Booth as you enter the park, on a first-come, first-served basis for a small fee.

Q: Where are lockers located?
A: Lockers are available for rent behind the Ticket Booths, outside the Hospitality House, at Lost River Of The Ozarks, Wildfire®and PowderKeg®.

Q: Do park restrooms include baby changing stations?
A: Yes! Baby Changing Stations are located in every restroom on park (except in the Lucky Silver Mine restaurant). Baby Changing Stations are also available in the Mother's Nursing Stations located at the Hospitality House and Red Gold Heritage Hall (not available at the Splash Harbor nursing station).
Diaper dispensers are available in restrooms located at the Hospitality House, Red Gold Heritage Hall, Riverfront Playhouse and at The GIANT Swing Mother's Nursing Station.

Q: Does Silver Dollar City provide family assist restrooms?
A: Family assist or companion restroom facilities feature their own private entrance, making them available to both moms and dads with little ones. They are available at Thunderation, Red Gold Heritage Hall and First Aid.

Q: Does the park provide nursing stations?
A: Mother's Nursing Stations offer a quiet area to care for your child's most basic needs. Silver Dollar City provides 4 Nursing Stations throughout the park. They are located by the restrooms at the Hospitality House, Red Gold Heritage Hall, Splash Harbor and The GIANT Swing.

Q: Where can I warm bottles?
A: The staff at any of the Silver Dollar City restaurants would be happy to fill a bottle with warm water for you free of charge (this does not include concession stands).
Although running water and microwaves are not available in the Nursing Stations, they are still recommended as private feeding and diapering facilities.

Q: Does Silver Dollar City have a dress code?
A: Silver Dollar City is a family-friendly environment and requires appropriate dress. Although some of our rides and attractions may get you wet, we request that swimsuits be limited to children 8 and under only. While on rides, children 8 and under will be asked to wear shorts over swimwear; all others wearing swimsuits will be required to wear an appropriate cover-up at all times. Guests wearing clothing that may be offensive or inappropriate (including profanity or suggestive material) will be asked to change. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. The use of shoes with built-in skates or wheels is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone not properly attired, and appreciate your help in keeping our City a great place for families to visit.

Q: Are there ride restrictions?
A: Some rides have height, size and health restrictions. These restrictions are established by the ride manufacturers to ensure guest safety. A Ride Guidebook can be picked up at the stroller booth. To receive specific information, please check our Helpful Handouts online or call 800-225-0222.

Q: Which rides and attractions are age-appropriate for my child?
A: Most Silver Dollar City rides have minimum height requirements which you can find on our Helpful Handouts page. But, depending on the height and age of your little ones, we might suggest the following rides:
Toddlers: Geyser Gulch®play area, Happy Frogs and Wings of Wonder. Guests under the specified age or height guidelines may need to be accompanied by an adult.
Tweens & Teens: The GIANT Swing, High-Low Silos, WildFire®, PowderKeg®, Fire-In-The-Hole, Thunderation, American Plunge, WaterWorks Waterboggan and Lost River of the Ozarks. Also, rides at The Grand Exposition including: Electro Spin, Magnificent Wave Carousel, Mighty Galleon, Racing Regatta and the Royal Tea Party.
Fun for the Whole Family: Frisco Silver Dollar Steam Train, The Flooded Mine, Grandfather's Mansion, Marvel Cave, McHaffie's Homestead and Animal Barnyard, Oak Trail School and Swinging Bridge.

Q: Do rides close in inclement weather?
A: In the event of inclement weather (which may or may not include lightning) we will, for the safety of our guests, close all outdoor rides, Marvel Cave, Geyser Gulch®, Gazebo Stage, Street Shows, Echo Hollow®and outdoor concessions. Shopping, dining, shows and attractions located indoors will remain open for your enjoyment. WildFire®, PowderKeg®, Thunderation and The GIANT Swing do not operate in low temperatures. The Grand Exposition's 10 family rides do not operate with any form of precipitation and/or low temperatures.

Q: Are there children's menus in your restaurants?

Q: Can my family bring food and drinks from home?
A: Guests are welcome to bring a cooler and refreshments into the park, and there are many shady places for you to sit and enjoy your meal. For your convenience, you may wish to leave the cooler in your car until you are ready to use it, as our lockers will not accommodate coolers. Just be sure to keep your ticket for re-entry. We do reserve the right to inspect all coolers, backpacks and bags entering the park (glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not allowed).
If you're planning to visit White Water during your stay in Branson, please note that brought-from-home treats are not allowed at that park. However, there is a picnic area located adjacent to the parking lot.

Q: Where can we find drinking water?
A: Staying well hydrated is an important part of a fun day, so we offer complimentary cups of water at all park restaurants and most food outlets; just ask. Plus, water fountains are located throughout the park, as indicated on the Silver Dollar City Map. Bottled water may be purchased.

Q: Can I find healthy snacks for my children?
A: For those trying to stay on the healthy side of snacks, single serve fresh fruit cups can be found at Eva & Delilah's Bakery. Chilly Dill Pickles, Fresh Popped Corn, Pretzels and Salted Peanuts in the Shell are also available at concession stands throughout the park. Our restaurants keep milk and juice on hand, perfect for thirsty kids!

Q: Where should I stay when visiting Branson?
A: If your family likes to camp, don't forget about The Wilderness at Silver Dollar City. Our campground offers cabins as well as campsites for a wilderness adventure that's close to Branson Attractions. The campground also sells a 2 Day Ticket to Silver Dollar City for the price of a 1 Day Ticket, and they have a free shuttle service to the park!
If other types of accommodations are more your speed, we would suggest you visit explorebranson.com (this is the official Branson website) for more information about lodging choices and area activities. You can also visit tripadvisor.com for guest reviews of area lodging. Once you have an idea of where you'd like to stay, I would suggest you check out the Silver Dollar City Attractions and Lodging Packages page on our website. Q: What happens if I get separated from my child while visiting Silver Dollar City?
A: We hope it doesn't happen, but prepare just in case your little one gets separated from you. If a child is lost, parents should contact the first available Silver Dollar City Citizen for assistance. Also, take time upon arrival to point out costumed Silver Dollar City Citizens or Security personnel, and encourage your child to seek help from this individual if lost. If your child is old enough, designate an easy-to-find meeting place to gather if someone gets lost.

Q: Does the park have a First Aid station?
A: Should you require medical assistance, Silver Dollar City's First Aid is located behind Brown's Candy Factory. Medical personnel are on duty at all times during park operating hours. Ask any Silver Dollar City Citizen for assistance or directions.
