After watching the Zunyi Acrobats of China at World-Fest I found myself pondering, "How do they do that?"
Personally, I could never even get close to mastering the "front splits" in gymnastics. The show is amazing and highly entertaining. The kids sitting behind me seemed particularly impressed with the act involving stacking chairs all the way to the top of the auditorium, while balancing on one hand atop the chairs. Really, how did he do that? Anyway, if you've never seen this show, make time to see it (you'll probably need to get in line early). You won't be disappointed by their absolutely mesmerizing acrobatic feats. Nobody on stage appears to be in pain, but at times, the various positions the artists took made me cringe at the mere thought of stretching in that way. On another note, here's a heads-up if you are considering a season pass this year...you really want to buy that pass before April 30. That is the last day to get the pre-season season pass price. I've already been to the City two times this year, so my pass would have more than paid for itself by this time. If you plan on visiting the City more than once this year, the Season Pass is a great value. Set as favorite Bookmark
