Q:  I'm bringing my kids to Silver Dollar City for the first time, what rides or attractions would you consider as "don't miss" for the kids?

A:  Silver Dollar City has a lot to offer families and plenty of activities to keep your kids busy all day. With over 30 rides and attractions, families can choose from thrill rides like WildFire, PowderKeg and The Giant Swing, or more mild adventures including the Frisco Silver Dollar Line Steam Train. There are even water rides guaranteed to cool you down on warm days! The new Grand Exposition area is one my family's favorites because there are 10 family rides all in one area of the park. With rides like the Royal Tea Party and Magnificent Wave Carousel there is something for kids of all ages and lots of opportunity for making memories as a family. Younger kids will also love the two big play areas on park, Geyser Gulch and Tom Sawyer's Landing. Geyser Gulch is a huge playground in the sky with tons of activities to keep your kids entertained. Tom Sawyer's Landing is a maze of towers, ropes and climbing nets for your kids to explore. If your bundles of energy aren't talking about all the fun they've had the whole way home it's probably because they are sound asleep!
