Did you know that Silver Dollar City's water rides are still open? We visited the park last weekend and were surprised to find that you can still take a ride on the American Plunge or Lost River!

In perusing the questions on the blog I noticed that a lot of Moms out there are curious about what is appropriate for kids under the age of 3 visiting the park.

Q: Lacy asks, "I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old and we will be coming up either the weekend before Thanksgiving or the weekend after so to keep them close and to be able to give them both brakes on the walking I would love to rent a double stroller but I do not know how much weight it will hold! Thank You"

I have to say that life with a toddler at home is definitely demanding. And... it probably doesn't help that I am the type of Mom who wants to do it all, perfectly and in 3 inch heels. Like a lot of you out there.
