Q: We are wanting to visit Silver Dollar City in a month or so with our 2 year old son. I hear that for some rides he has to be a certain height - what are the height requirements and do those include rides at The Grand Exposition, Geyser Gulch, or Splash Harbor?

He won't want to go on rides alone. The options for accompaniment are dad (mom is pregnant), who is 6'2". I'm worried on some kiddie rides he will be too short but we won't have another "child&qu [...]

A: The strollers available for rent at Silver Dollar City are made of a solid plastic material with a cloth shade to protect your child from the sun. There is a mesh storage bag attached to the stroller, though it probably does not have the storage capacity of your travel system.

A: I purchased a mug last month and it was the wider version, so I doubt the mugs will change until next year. I forwarded your comment on to the SDC Foods Team so that they can be aware when they reorder mugs that some people prefer the narrow bottom which fits well in a cup holder.

A: There are actually a lot of differences between these two parks. First, the parks are open during different times of the day, with Silver Dollar City usually opening around 9-10 AM and closing between 6-7 PM.
