Giving Thanks....

Can you believe that Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away?  As this wonderful holiday approaches, I was reminded the other day while listening to a radio program of the history behind Thanksgiving and the importance of giving thanks to God for all he has done in our lives.

Frosty is fabulous!

Talk about frosty - it was a mere 46º outside when my family headed down to Silver Dollar City last Saturday to check out the Christmas festival.  We raided the closets for our cold weather gear and bundled up for a good time.

drew-dec07-022.jpgI love family traditions and really enjoy hearing what others do to celebrate each season or holiday.  Every October we love to visit a pumpkin patch and go through hay mazes and take a wagon ride to pick out the best pumpkin from the patch.
