We're Soaking Up the Fun at White Water!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words and this one speaks for itself! We've been having a blast at White Water and although it just opened on May 23rd, we've been there already four times! My son Drew loves it so much that we try to swing down as often as possible. We were so exicted to see the changes to the entrance area this season. The new ticket booth, thatch huts, surfboards and overall themeing are top notch...I love the detailing they've done in painting everything, plus the lush landscaping. It's truly feels like we're entering a tropical paradise! Since I've been coming to White Water since they first opened, I've seen a lot of changes throughout the years. This time they've outdone themselves and the whole park looks fabulous! The wave pool is always a favorite for Drew so we were pleased they've added additional life guards. And we were really curious about the people taking pictures for Kodak. They have these wonderful cameras and will catch you enjoying the park if you like. Then at the end of the day you can check out the shots in the gift shop. We saw them take the above picture of Drew and we just had to have it! He was so intent on enjoying the waves on opening day that he didn't know they were taking his picture!! Hope you all have some fun in the sun this summer at White Water too!

Noel- What a great photo of Drew! I just hit White Water for the first time this year... took a car full of teenage boys. We rented a Cool Cabana which lived up to it's name. Very cool. Shade, sun, huge private locker, reserved lounge chairs, even cable television. The Cool Cabanas are worth checking out next time you're at White Water. I loved the wave pool location and the convenience of having our lounge chairs reserved and waiting for us! |
