Nothing conjures up more memories of holiday magic and imagination for me than the image of Santa Claus.  The Night Before Christmas has always been one of my favorite holiday stories with the vivid descriptions of Santa spreading joy and good cheer.

If you're like most people, Thanksgiving can come and go with all the festivities but something can be utterly overlooked! 

 

As we enter the holiday season there are tips I like to pass along to all the cooks hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.  

...and we love it!  We took advantage of the beautiful mild weather we've been having and headed out to the City last night to start getting in the holiday mood.
