Q: How Do We Replace Lost Season Passes? |

Q: Rhonda asks, "Help! We are headed for Branson tomorrow. We bought Season family passes back in January of this year and now we can't figure out where we placed them or if we even got them in the mail...we were charged for them though.
Can we call and get them replaced? We also had free tickets that came with them as part of the promotion...will they replace them too? What do we do to resolve this?"
A: Lost season passes can be reprinted once you get to the park. Just visit Guest Relations when you arrive and they will replace your season passes and any bring a friend tickets you may have as well. The first replacement is free of charge. Photo I.D. is required for adult pass holders.
