Q: Tina asks, "We will be in Springfield July 23rd through the 26th and would like to go to Silver Dollar City on Saturday, July 25th. My husband is military, I have an ID and my daughter who is 15 also has an ID.

We have a daughter who is 2 and she does not have an ID. We are bringing my daughter's friend who is 17 who also has a military ID. Can you tell me what it would cost for us to get in to the park for just 1 day? Also the cost for admission to Celebration City for 1 day? Also are there any discounts inside SDC for military members, such as food?"

A: Silver Dollar City offers 2 days for the price of 1 for military personnel and their dependents! Please see the Special Offers section of the website for more details. At this time, there is no military discount on 1-day tickets. Please see the Ticket Prices section of the website for current general admission rates. Children age 4 and under are free of charge. There are currently no additional discounts for goods within the park.

Unfortunately, Celebration City is no longer in operation. White Water park does have a military program similar to Silver Dollar City if your family is interested in visiting that property.
